This is what we have to look forward to for the next 4 years

Want to know what the Republicans voted against? For all of the people who decided that their vote did not count, this is now what we will have to look forward to, more of this behavior.

In case you didn’t know what has been going on in our country here are the statistics for the last few years that the Republicans voted against.

A 100% of the republicans voted voted against:
Prescription drugs
Child care tax credits
The voting rights act
Stimulus checks
Rich tax sheets
Roe vs Wade

99% Voted against:
Assault weapon bans
Domestic terrorism
Stopping birth control

96% Voted against:
Gun background checks

84% Voted against:
Cancer care for veterans

77% Voted against:
Same sex marriages

Our country is not all for one and one for all anymore, it’s all for them. It’s about going back in time where abortions were done in back alleys, when the LGBTQ community is being pushed back into the closet and the racists are coming out with their white sheets keeping down the black community, the lower class and women’s rights.

We are allowing this to happen by not voting, by thinking our votes don’t count and by not going out and making our voices heard. It doesn’t matter that your not gay or black or lower class or a women, we need to fight for everyone’s rights because if we don’t your rights may be next.
If these statistics aren’t horrifying to you, then you are part of the problem and not the solution.

So today my friends remember it is never too late to change things and even if we are stuck for the next 4 years, we can still come together and make a plan to change things. But if we keep thinking our votes don’t count we will keep having statistics like these and more radical ones to come.
