I wish I had or I’m glad I did

I wish I had, or I’m glad I did

In the end It comes down to two things I wish I had, or I’m glad I did. Life is a trip. We never know which way life is going to take us. We never know when the one decision that we make can change our lives forever.
The one thing I know about life is that I don’t ever want to go to my grave with regrets. We all have been in a position where we said we wish we could have done something different. But I know for myself I have way more. I’m glad I did, then I wish I should have.

So many people live in the past with regrets that they can’t change. Things that happened in their lives or decisions that they made at that moment that they still hold on to. One of the hardest things about forgiveness is forgiving yourself. You beat yourself up over and over for the choices that you made or the decisions that you chose. But beating yourself up is not going to change your actions. It’s not going to make you feel better, and it’s not going to change what has happened.

You have to learn to forgive yourself, move on, and learn the lessons. Many times, we make decisions in a state of fear. We’re afraid of losing someone, we’re afraid of saying the wrong things, we’re always in the state of being perfect and being afraid of showing the world that we are not perfect at all.

So many times, our decisions are based on our fears. What will people think is a huge one. So we stay in unhappy marriages or in jobs that don’t fulfill us because of what people will think? What about our lifestyles? Fears that keep us stuck.

Here’s the thing, you have one life to live, and you don’t know at any point when that life may be over. If the pandemic taught us one thing Is that we have no clue what’s going to happen tomorrow.

So today y friends , I’m here to tell you that you need to live your life for you, for what makes you happy, what fulfills you.
You can be gone tomorrow, and if the question was I wish I had, or I’m glad that I did, what would be your answer?”
“Be the change you want to see,”
